Implementation

Throughout my career, I've had the pleasure of teaching many of the courses I developed and interacting with global learners. I can assess and plan technical, classroom capacity, and trainer needs to accomplish multiple, concurrent ILT, vILT, and blended learning course deliveries for large-scale software rollouts affecting users working remotely or in disparate locations.

Presentation Effectiveness

During the early stages of a large-scale SAP software rollout, I identified the need for this business skills course as a prerequisite to my employer's software implementation for its US workforce. Many of the project's Key Users and SMEs who were tasked with facilitating large group meetings and conducting hands-on systems training for an ERP software rollout had never done so. This course, followed by a brief "teach back" conducted by each attendee, allowed the project team to confirm that the Key Users/SMEs were well-prepared to conduct the training for the rollout.

Instructor PPT for M3: Developing in IT Enterprise Collaborator (IEC)

I created this PowerPoint presentation to accompany the Training Workbook for an ILT course. The presentation provided instructors with a roadmap of the course materials while conducting the class. The PPT was developed using a departmental template that provided visual consistency for learners following along in their Training Workbook.

CRM Software Rollout Capacity Plan & Training Schedule

I created this capacity plan and training schedule as part of an overall training plan for a customer relationship management (CRM) software rollout affecting 1200+ employees. My planning took into account the capacity of training rooms in several of the company’s locations in the US and Canada, as well as training sessions to be delivered during regional Field Sales meetings held in offsite locations. I collaborated with leadership and stakeholders in multiple business units on rollout prioritization, class sizes, and instructor availability.
