Evaluation

Evaluations are a critical component of the learning development lifecycle. In my experience, a learner's success in passing a certification exam or completing a comprehensive student exercise serves as an evaluation of both the quality of the course design and effectiveness of instructor delivery.

M3: IT Enterprise Collaborator (IEC) Course Exam Questions

The exam questions were part of a larger course bundle that included a Workbook and PPT. Each lesson's exam questions were derived directly from the course content and correspond to the terminal learning objectives.

CCMS Foundation Course Comprehensive Final Exercise

This Comprehensive Final Exercise was a culmination of a 40-hour ILT course. This exercise covered all of the functionality and used a real-life business scenario that provided learners (IDs) the chance to apply their new skills in a meaningful way. All learners were required to complete this exercise in the time allotted. Upon verification by me (as both course developer and instructor), the learners were granted access to the production environment. I'm pleased to say that all students taking the course were successful and access was granted. These IDs were able to successfully use the production environment the very next week.
